By accessing or using the Leadiary website, dashboard, and Chrome Extension (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Leadiary provides an intent-scoring and lead-generation platform. Through our browser extension and cloud dashboard, users can securely monitor public buying signals across third-party social networks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts & Security
To use Leadiary, you must register for an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and the unique Extension Key generated for your dashboard.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
4. Acceptable Use
Leadiary is designed to facilitate authentic, context-driven sales conversations. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Spam, harass, or solicit users on third-party platforms in a manner that violates their respective terms of service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Leadiary Chrome Extension, API, or dashboard.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without an explicit agency or reseller agreement with us.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate our pricing tiers or signal limitations.
5. Billing and Refunds
Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms available on our website.
We may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in our sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you.
Refunds: Because we offer a free plan to evaluate the software, we generally do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed, except where required by law.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Leadiary, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
