Get Leadiary up and running, securely link your platforms, and capture your first high-intent lead in under 5 minutes.

Install the Chrome Extension

Leadiary uses a lightweight browser extension to monitor public data on your selected platforms. It runs securely in the background without ever asking for your passwords, logins, or session cookies.

Connect with your Unique Key

In your Leadiary dashboard, navigate to Platform Connections and click "Connect" next to your chosen platform (like Reddit or LinkedIn). We will generate a unique Extension Key for you. Copy that key, click on the Leadiary extension in your browser toolbar, and paste it in.

Create a Keyword Tracker

Now that your extension is linked, it's time to tell the AI what to listen for. Go to your Trackers and add your first keywords to begin scanning the internet.

  • Direct Intent: Track explicit phrases like "looking for a new CRM" or "need recommendations for a developer."
  • Competitor Flaws: Track your top competitor's brand name alongside negative modifiers like "hate", "slow", or "alternative".

Review and Engage

As the AI finds and scores leads, they will automatically populate in your Active Pipeline. From here, you can click on any lead to review their exact post and use your saved Templates to engage them immediately.
