1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leadiary website, dashboard, and Chrome Extension (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leadiary provides an intent-scoring and lead-generation platform. Through our browser extension and dashboard, users can securely monitor public buying signals across third-party networks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use Leadiary, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and the unique Extension Key generated for your dashboard. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Spam, harass, or solicit users on third-party platforms in a manner that violates their respective terms of service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Leadiary Chrome Extension or dashboard.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without an explicit agency or reseller agreement with us.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Leadiary is a billed subscription service. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Because we offer a free plan to evaluate the software, we generally do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed, except where required by law.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Data Privacy

Leadiary interacts with third-party platforms (e.g., Reddit, X, Bluesky, LinkedIn) strictly in a read-only capacity. We do not require, request, or store your passwords or session cookies for these platforms. We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, API changes, or account restrictions. Your use of the Leadiary extension to monitor public data on these platforms is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leadiary, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
