- Extension & Connectivity Data: When you use the Leadiary Chrome Extension, we provide a unique Extension Key to securely route public data from third-party platforms to your dashboard. We do not collect, store, or process your passwords, login credentials, or session cookies. We strictly monitor public signals and will never post, reply, or engage on these platforms on your behalf.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services, such as the trackers you create, the leads you save to your Active Pipeline, and interaction logs in your Diary.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including routing public data based on your specific Signal Definitions.
- To manage your Account and provide customer support.
